How to Better Deal with Imposter Syndrome with Dhea Mohammed

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a cure for imposter syndrome?

We all have to deal with it – it sneaks up time and time again.

And the funny thing is, how can you be an imposter to something that you’ve been invited to?

Most of the times we struggle with it, we’ve been invited to contribute or definitely have a right to be there.

This week I have Dhea Mohammed joining me on the podcast to talk about this very topic.

She shares how it shows up for her, when she realised it was a thing, what she has learned about imposter syndrome, and of course, practical tips you can implement to help you navigate it better.

About Dhea

Dhea Mohammed is a full time digital marketer. She grew up hanging out after school in my parents' marketing agency in Indonesia. She didn’t realise it then, but Dhea was absorbing the foundations of the industry like a sponge. She currently works as Paid Search and Paid Social Executive, and Data & Analytics Lead at Forrest Digital. Outside of work, she volunteers with Teesside Mind and creates content exploring what it means to truly live and enjoy your days, a personal development project close to her heart.
